Shipping

We ship Australia-wide from Perth, Western Australia.

We offer free shipping for all orders over $100.  For orders under $100 we charge a flat fee of $15.  Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, although larger or custom orders may take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

If you require your order urgently or have any questions about delivery time-frames, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our very best to assist.

Local Collection

Local collection from our base in Baldivis is available by prior arrangement. Please contact us to discuss collection options after placing your order.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you’ve changed your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty or you’ve received the incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by arranging a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
